7-step Farmer's Guide to Network Marketing

Monday, 28 April 2014

Depending on the type of crops he has planted, the farmer have to wait for few months before he could taste the fruits of his labor.

There are also seasons that after waiting for a long time, nothing of his crops has left because of natural calamity, and pests attack the farm.

Despite of the risks, farmers follow a pattern of strategy to become successful in farming, and today, let us learn from them. Let us get started.

1. Cultivating

Never plant a seed if the land is not cultivated or else your crops will be at high risk. In networking, you don't cultivate land but relationship and rapport.

People believe on what you say if they trust you, and they trust you if they know you. Most especially in business world, it has been proven that people would like buy products from people they know.
That is the basic principle.

2. Planting

Plant as many seed as you can because not 100% of the seeds is good. In network marketing, you don't plant seed but information about the product and the business.

It is a very seldom case that the prospect will come to you to ask for an opportunity if he or she do not know that such opportunity exist. You have to inform them.

The more people you inform, the bigger the chances that you will get higher return.

3. Germinating

Magic beans are only in fantasy. I real world, seeds take few hours and days to germinate. The same is true with network marketing, let the information you have shared germinate for few hours and days.

Make sure to use the proper timing. Carefully watch the germinating because they are very sensitive and may wither quickly.

4. Watering

Do not let the soil dry, or else the germination seed will naturally die. Follow up. Yes, you need to water the information you have planted to keep it growing.

While the information is germinating in the mind of your prospect, you need to add more information that will strengthen the prior info that you have given.

Make sure to ignite the desire and awaken the dreams of your prospects. But, DO NOT OVERDO this stage if you do not want to become annoying.

5. Fertilizing

When the pant grow, water alone is not enough. You need to fertilize the plant. The good blend of fertizer you give, the better the grorth of the plant will be. This is another level of follow up.

Do the same with the information you have planted in network marketing. Provide more facts and interesting data to make it more convincing. Do the fertilizing until what you have planted is fully grown.

In some cases, you will need to do the watering and fertilizing for few months and even years before your plant become mature and ready to be harvested.

6. Harvesting

Do not wait until it is over ripe. Put your effort to the maximum level to harvest it immediately when it is ready, or else birds and animals will harvest your crops.

In network marketing, your prospect may join other team or networking company if you don't register her or him immediately.

7. Crop Processing

Harvesting is not the end. You need to prepare you farm products after that. If you just leave you products in the farm after harvest time, you are again prone to failure.

Make sure that your products become profitable.
